For The Actors’ Lounge. Worked with actor/filmmaker Rory Clarke on his film BLOOD TAX, as a storyboard artist. Had a great experience working/collaborating with him and as a storyboard artist, the more you communicate with actors/filmmakers, you get a better idea of the tone of the film. Inspires you to come up with visual ideas to make sure that the transition of shots run smoothly and to conceptualize which angle shot best conveys the mood of the scene.

BLOOD TAX

This is a movie I worked on as a storyboard artist. BLOOD TAX by filmmaker/actor Rory Clarke. It will be at the People’s Film a festival in NYC, at the Maysles Cinema, 343 Malcolm X Blvd NY, NY, Saturday May 31, 1pm. Psyched that one of the films I worked on made it to the fest and wish Rory and his cast/crew much success.

IRON MIKE (Mike Tyson Biopic concept opener)

I made a storyboarded concept intro for a Mike Tyson biopic. This short is in no way affiliated with Mike Tyson, Jamie Foxx, Hot 97 or any directors attached to the actual project. Just having some fun. Enjoy!

Inspired by Buster Moon

Buster Moon, from “Sing” by Illumination, is an inspiration to me as I build my Storyboarding and Illustration business. As someone who loves to play and sing music AND is a big kid that loves watching animated feature films AND the fact that the story is about overcoming fear and life's trials, I've got to say that "Sing" is in my top 10 favorite movies of all time. This is my tribute to you, Buster Moon!

The Road to a Dream: Episode 3, Into the Pit

It's here! Episode 3 of "The Road to a Dream", a short animated film. In this sequence, we see our main character trying to overcome his shyness, but it's not his day unfortunately... Will he find hope, or throw himself onto the train tracks? I spend a little more time on creating the music, refining values, and trying some more adventurous camera moves that in episode 2, hopefully there's growth - let me know what you think! Feedback is always helpful! #storyart #storyartist #animation #illustrator #creativity #art #storyboard #storytelling #story #animatic #dc #dcmetro
